Magnificent Roman Poetovio
The two-thousand-year-old story of the mighty Roman Poetovio will be brought to life. Ptuj will once again be transformed into a Roman Poetovio, and its streets and squares will be taken over by gladiators, legionaries, senators, Vestal Virgins, and other Romans, who have been putting on one of the largest re-enactments of the Roman life in this part of Europe for twelve years.
