In the upcoming lecture, Marjan will guide us along a beautiful path that touches the highest peaks of the continental United States. We will push the bike over high passages, scream on winding slopes, and breathe in rare high altitude air and stunning views. The path will lead us through a colorful forest, pass mining towns straight from the westerns and pass the tallest Slovenian church in the world.
We will learn the basics of mountain bike travel, examine some unusual habits of Americans, observe many cultural differences, and look closely at how various visitors to the natural environment coexist across the Pond.
